The plan is 2014, and with full support due to the desperate power crisis they are probably seen as the solution, also dont forget, the largest consumers of power are none other than Barrick Gold, Resolute and of course Mantra's uranium project who also are making a hell of noise over there.
With Tata now getting on board there will be alot of news and action coming outa Tanzania.
