wombat I like the idea of a spin co. But I foresee one potential problem for us holders who live outside AUS/NZ. We have been excluded from the SSP for legal reasons. I can live with that but would be furious to be excluded from receiving shares in a spin-off company, if a similar legal restriction applies. We may e a small number but must be treated equally with local holders in such a proposal. If not the company can forget about attracting big foreign investors.
