farahnazi, l think HArbinger only sold 1.5% and their shares , if they were worried about CHM they would have sold alot more then that, l think a couple of other institutions ahve increased their stake in MMX this year, SINO for one.
MMX's share price obviously is going to be weak while the case is going on, there seems to be no big dumping going on,
