My credability as the Club's resident share Sage is over and I have been demoted back to the Cabanna. Members can be so fickkle, just because PAR trades inverse to news thats not my fault.

In all seriousness if I was J&J I would be checking out PR's data room and asking all types of quesitons re the exclusivity agreement then doing the numbers on a Hostile takeover at a hefty premium... Phase 3 Asset that works in a huge market for $2.00 WTF.
