I lived at the Docklands for 18 months up until earlier this year...

Terrible place!

- It is expensive.
- It is windy 6 days a week.
- It is hard to get to from any direction except the west, with people basically having to come through the city. It is an absolute nightmare trying to drive around if there has been any event on at the stadium... it once took me over half an hour to get out of my car park and on to the street.
- It has ZERO vibe. The restaurant and bar region around New Quay is like a ghost town. A cold, windy ghost town.
