lol, we'll always get that crawfishcity. From my understanding most spp docs trickle in at first and most don't get sent through until the last week/minute anyway. Also there are many other ways that one can generate interest instead of stumping up $500k worth of the CEO's own cash.

He could have simply used company (our) money to start a spp campaign and have an outsourced business work the shareholders with continuous calls, mailouts and notices.

But no I think he has just shown shareholders his commitment and confidence in the future of UNI.
