Morrison is really covered in George Calin's description - in the last category really -----

the 'nuts' category ---------- once you have someone in that category - it's often quite difficult to work out how smart or dumb they are

clearly Morrison isn't the sharpest tack in the box - but, he isn't the dullest either -

it's difficult to get a full grasp on how he is where he is - how much is due to rat cunning, how much is due to being able to count (which he can) etc. - that's never fully easy - but, the difficulty is compounded by someone who 'has something missing' or 'something wrong here' - and, we sure have that in Morrison.

Personally - I think that Morrison is missing a lot in the emotional area - and that gives him clearer logic and rational thought in areas like - counting electorates etc..

he's not a totally emotion free zone though - because we clearly see by the closed fists pictures and the bully descriptions - that he's strongly affected by the anger emotion -

IMO - a bottled up mass because of his frustrations when things just don't work out rationally or logically -

because he just can't get - can't understand - that people (humans) are an emotional animal - not a logical animal
