Hi LVB. I'm not sure what to make of it at all. Daniel Mamadou is listed as the CEO of Welsbech, whose aims appear to be the acquisition or support of mining ventures, amongst which RE mining companies are a target. Welsbech have assets (if I am reading this right) in USD similar to the value of GGG in AUD.
Then very soon after, with no hint that I if have read that this is on the cards, Jim Mair departs and DM replaces him. There may be a perfectly simple explanation to all this. It seems that there must have been pressures to have a change of direction for the company, especially with regard to dealings with the GoG, which seem to have been more than a little strained. Maybe, Naaja Nathanielsen who has expressed a desire to talk to GML, might find it easier talking to a new broom, I don't know. Perhaps the major shareholders in GML have had a hand in all this, perhaps Denmark is taking an interest too. I wouldn't say I have a massive shareholding in GML, but quite large enough to take a keen interest in the company and its success.
