I remember listening to Dr Sud on this point of tweaking the formulation for IHL-42X (Sleep Apnoea), in particular, the amount of dronabinol (synthetic THC) in order that people can go about their normal lives without any interference - such as driving.
Dr Sud does make reference to this point at the 4:50 min mark in the video FYI @Harambe9
