There is no chance whatsoever that the permits will not be granted.
COVID has instilled a sense of source it source it ourself within Europe and elsewhere.
The economic benefits are huge.
Hands up those who believe Europe is happy to rely on China for supply.
Sweden would basically be forced to allow the mining by the rest of Europe not to mention the big clients and car manufacturers who would prefer a local cheaper reliable supply product that can compete in the export market.
Its a non issue.
