Instead, Wolgen has just issued himself and his cronies 3,270,000 of "Conditional Performance Rights."

Pure speculation on my part, but perhaps the timeline has gone / will go something like this:

1. Wait for the new rules on taxation of Employee Share Scheme interests to be finalised (they were, just this week)
2. Issue new Conditional Performance Rights to management, while the share price is low and tax can be deferred

(hopefully)

3. Start some news flowing - partnership, trial results, brand name, pricing?
4. ....
5. Profit!
