Most people who live in the red or the blue corner have little understanding of the actual art of politics. It is common when one's corner doesn't get their way to accuse the other side of corruption or low morals. Doesn't make it true. C'est la vie. Me, I have a more generous view of people prepared to stick their head up in politics. The general public are pretty ungenerous given that they are simply shouting from the safety of the sidelines. Unfortunately, less and less good people can be arsed going into politics just to get their heads kicked in.
