it appears the use of 4 1/2 inch tubing has caused the delay, the ann. 23/11 which said 2 3/8 tube was being used and all testing equipment on hand, to 6/12 ann. saying used larger tube and could be possible delays weather and covid restrictions on boarder. So they must have anticipated border delays to key testing personnel entering the last closed bastion on planet earth, don't think it is "nah I'm on holidays" thing.
