No doubt it's' a good deal for buyers now for these two assets in their early, yet almost totally derisked state now.
Buyers today should put aside the whinging of LT holders (like me) who are crying about what they see as 7 figure gains disappearing due to the dilution capping future gains by 60 cents or so. This is still going to hit $2 at an absolute minimum IMHO. That's a pretty healthy gain to be had considering most of the risk if off the table.
