are already being paid for calibrating the two TATA engines on achieved milestones.fact.I asked the question at the agm(july 3rd) as cash flow was so acute.Also have had a look at the production line for the cpu.Its just the assembling of a few pre made components.printed circuits boards and housing etc.Hardly a soldering iron on site.Not much space needed.Two people can put out an astonishing number of units per day.Unfortunately cant remember the exact number though.but remember being surprised at how simple it all was.The head electrical engineer has done a great job in designing out clumsy ,time consuming assembly.remember they have won an engineering award for design and have had over 10 yrs to think about it.I agree the non paying debtor in China is a kick while we are down and rule of law is an issue there.However in india there is rule of law and the structure of supply will be designed to protect intellectual property and unit license agreements.They will pay for EACH one.No tricks.
