The ASX seems to be cracking down on companies posting information and calling it price sensitive as they are concerned about the potential of boards trying to pump a stock price. Price sensitive really relates to statutory financial reports takeovers and other major company "altering" news. I agree that these results are not price sensitive and in fact could have attracted a slap on the wrist if it was labeled as such. The break in trading I guess was probably because the BEOT was reading the ANN and digesting it
