• Venus Resources Limited is pleased to announce the 100% acquisition of five
exploration license applications and one prospecting license application in the
Mid West Iron Ore Province immediately on strike from the extensive tenement
holdings of Gindalbie Metals, Royal Resources, Portman Mining and Midwest
Corporation. Other contiguous tenement holders to the north include Ferrowest
and Aurox.
• The tenements cover approximately 25 kilometres of a tightly folded BIF
sequence (the Windanning Formation), which further to the south hosts the
Mungada Hematite Deposit (Gindalbie Metals), the Karara Magnetite Deposit
(Gindalbie Metals) and the Koolanooka/Blue Hills Hematite DSO Project
(Midwest Corporation).

It's IRON ORE.

That's right suckers (myself included). That's June last year not June this year.

Anything of value left in UMC iron ore related will find itself a new home.

So whilst the rest of us last June of LAST YEAR were thinking of Mining Railway.
Well actually we were still thinking that at the start of this month THIS YEAR, (dunno how we got that in our thick heads...derrr).
Someone else had other ideas about what they were doing right back to at least 18 MONTHS AGO.

So refreshing to know Matt has steadfastly been living up to his corporate responsibilities and fudiciary duties as CEO.

Wait till the independent report comes in with the value of the remaining UMC tenements and the value of the midwest iron ore projects and how much dilution there will be to vend them into Venus METALS not DIAMONDS anymore.

Existing UMC shareholders will probably get some scrip in Venus for giving up the tenements but the value will be that skee whiffed towards the higher valuation applied to what is already existing in Venus that the dilution will be to the detriment of UMC holders and benefit of existing Venus holders.
