@Jag72 I do not know you but your story is incredibly profound !!! absolutely amazing and wish you the best to recovery; it has nothing to do with being a shareholder or not but simply a positive human being ... from a dental bed to a hospital bed and then hopefully back to your bed at home ... an absolutely eye opening story ; this is what makes all fights go away ; all differences go away; all hatred go away ; we are all on this Earth, this life; this investment story together !!! I wish you a speedy recovery

Now on another note; I wanted to wish you guys at AVZ congratulations for being added in the MVIS into their Global Rare Earth /Strategic Metals Index ; so you will see that other ETFs will follow suite if they follow the MVIS ; certainly VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF should be following the MVIS index...

The reason it caught my eye was that PLS and INR are also included (in my portfolio) then I saw AVZ so I was actually happy hence my post here to you guys !!!

SP will go up then down but will go up ; understand your fundamentals; understand your board and their strategy; and once committed then you are all in

Traders look at a few points / cents and start crying about it; doom and gloom ; omg the charts / tea leafs do not suggest the right trends ; but investors buy and hold and hold and hold and hold ; avoid the noise ; I know it's hard to do ; I am a Nasdaq trader and always stressed in cents up and cents down (as it's pretty quick) all the while I see investors invest and switch off and come back and make more money than I did as a trader and less stress and headache...

For a Trader Price action is key with VWAP, RSI, BB, MacD indicators and key Resistance and Supports and precise sentiment ...

For an Investor ; Fundamentals, Strategy, Global Market expansion or contraction, the Board, general sentiment is key...

That is why Warren Buffet bought Coca Cola for mere cents and forgot about it ; American Express , now recently Apple ; the problem with them is they have so much cash ready but can't see that spark much in the companies vs back in the days ...
