Shareholders will vote on that acquisition, we get no vote on the other proposals. If the vote is not approved by shareholders, or other conditions imposed by NRG aren't met, then I presume it goes back to the administrators to re-convene another creditors meeting.
I should have kept reading, we don't vote on the deal at all. Creditors have voted for NRG's DOCA therefore shareholders have to live with it.
What we vote on is NRG's proposed capital raising and the appointment of Joshua Wellisch as a director.
Joshua Wellisch is also a director of Oroya Mining (ORO). Mr Wellisch has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management
