Cessation as a result of exercise of options during the period (where the shares have been issued via the Employee
Share Trust) OR lapse where the conditions have become incapable of being satisfied.
we have to do some sum around what options etc were before and after today.
the OR is notable.
cessation can occur after they are exercised ... ie just a notice that the otpions are no longer available and used up... having ether exercised OR expired OR conditions not met to allow exercising...as there a various otpions parcel, doing the sume tonight is a bit tiring. If just expired I would like to know the reason why or what conditions to exercise were?
