    Does a proportional takeover bid mean that, if voted through, they can force individual holders to sell x% of their holdings to the bidder?

    If so its interesting because I suppose that means its easier to acquire 51% of holdings as compared to now.

    Still seems a bit odd to me though. I haven't heard of anyone doing that before.
