Ann: Nearmap North America ACV portfolio expected to surpass ANZ, page-15

On this announcement, they are saying that at 30 June 2021 the ACV was $128.2m (or USD$96.4m) using the 0.7518 per their announcement.

Now the announcement is to say that the group is will surpass USD 100m in Q2. Is that saying that growth has only been 3.7% in the first 6 months. Even if I be conservative (and say they passed that in the quarter), isn't that saying that for 4.5mths they have only had growth of 3.7%. Wish they had make their announcements more clear...

Am I interpreting this wrong?
