How stupid was i to say "Forget an EGM" give the Directors the benefit of the doubt?

I will be selling my remaining few on Monday and moving on.

I am completely apposed to an EGM.

Firstly we need to at least give the Directors of UMC the benefit of the doubt.

Questions do need to be raised and hopefully answered.

However, this calls for some diplomacy.
Not a Lynch Mob rounding up the Posse.

As there are 3,215 shareholders i propose that someone from here represents the HC members of UMC by calling the company to either arrange an appointment or at the very least speak to one of the Directors over the phone.

We put together a list of questions that we would like answered.

That to me is the most sensible least costly way of approaching any grumblings that shareholders here may have.

I would like to at least get the ball rolling.

1) Why didn't UMC join the NW Alliance when the opportunity was there for the taking?

2) Given that we are looking at being a mine producer according to the latest presentation, how do you plan on raising the funds?

3) When do you expect to be in production at the earliest.
