Given that there is an argument over ownership....
Were the people that actually sold you the 61% of 2005/28 the rightful owners in the first place. After all, I believe some of that 61% came from Westrip?
Could it later be argued and accepted that whoever sold it to GGG had no right to do so and is it possible that some portion of 2005/28 may have to be returned?
I ask that question as a curious consequence to what I think is going on.
