You seem to be on the same track as my solicitor and understand what needs to be proven "on the balance of probabilities" NOT beyond reasonable doubt. This is very winnable. In fact, we are confident it will not even get to court. It's just a matter of how much I am willing to risk. BBI have deep pockets when it comes to defending the indefensible because they are using shareholders' money, not their own. I'm used to fighting with one arm tied behind my back.
