What are we wanting the company to do in the short to medium term future?
And how are they to be funded?
Those questions are not answered by repeating the same criticisms of management that have been rehearsed so many times, by so many posters on this forum.
If your car has got bogged in the mud, and someone asks, "what do we do to get it out?", your answer seems to be "don't drive into the mud in the first place".
Amusing perhaps, but not very actionable, is it?
