Fill and Finish for IDT seems the logical outcome. Politically, an OZ company then gets something out of the arrangement which has far better political optics than just casting it adrift and going 100% to a foreign company. Not to mention the $ millions already committed to achieving IDT's Sterile environment. The next issue then is whats to be done about IDT forging ahead with the Australian mRNA trials. Does Moderna really want a potential competitor in the same space and in its backyard ( Vic) and possibly with a superior product. Nah. Or would it be comfortable with IDT being cut loose loose so it could jv up with a rival ( Novavax). Nah ... I reckon Moderna would want in some way to have an arrangement with IDT that makes this outcome less likely. The IDT announcement that it is considering its response suggests something is on the table that has to be "considered"
