So if Novartis know more than the owners of Mesoblast, ie the shareholders who own it, and their has been no disclosure until this now negative announcement regarding Novartis "leaving the agreement", then Mesoblast cannot have information regarding OTAT or FDA as they would need to disclose this to the owners of the company or risk another class action?
