I think IOU will be stuck in this range until late January. There's no reason why the company would release any news between now and then imo. It's holding up fairly well at these prices.
Next announcement could be for the funding facility. We're all wondering what the plan is considering cash is drying up. I couldn't see a CR without some news prior to it.
