Afraid not - clothing needs to be specifically work related, like a barrister's wig or overalls or to have the company's logo on it.
Although if your jocks had "drbrooks trading" printed on them, then you would probably be OK.
Thankfully I avoided BNB. I did think of putting in $5k or so when it had absolutely tanked already to get the big rebound. I did own some HIH when that went down. A good lesson. Which is why I avoided BNB.
