DrDan I know what a fact is. Just because YOU post something does not make it a FACT. You and other posters (bulls and bears) only post FACTS that you can interpret to support YOUR arguments - based on that ASSUMPTION then anyone can put up some "FACTS" from what you consider to be the most biased real estate organisation and should not be questioned by you after all they are someone else's "FACTS".
Now if you had posted the data then said based on this data I have the following opinion then I would not have had an issue - but your opinion is not a FACT. After all long ago widespread opinion was that the world was flat - but hey given your argument it must be a FACT.
But hey I guess it is not okay to have an alternative opinion to a property bear.
