You can't change the past, but there is always a way forward. I understand the feelings, have been there. My family also doesn't know, and I have been afraid of what they would do if they found out about my losses, that are now well over $1 million. What keeps me going is the constant effort to find a way to dig out, and faith in the science that will eventually win out.
