I dont need to look at the deal. Waste of my time. This company needs to grow customers and revenue organically, evolve its product set internally and improve its sales performance. Thats what the market wants to see, along with an abence of questionable reporting and practices. The market isn't buying into the future of this company and thinks growth is only coming through aquisition an dilution (with the exception of Hyperfish back all those years ago) it's hard to see what if any synergies have been gained from other aquisitions.

The answer to these problems isnt another aquisition. Period.
