Sydney - Monday - October 26: (RWE Aust Business News) - Rex
Minerals Ltd (ASX:RXM) today announced an equity raising of $42m
comprising a 3-for-10 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement
offer at $1.70 a share, underwritten by EL&C Baillieu Stockbroking Ltd.
Eligible shareholders will be able to subscribe for three new
shares for every 10 shares they own at an offer price of $1.70 a share.
The institutional offer will be conducted today and Rex expects
to announce the outcome before the market opens tomorrow, with trading
to resume at 10am (AEDT) that day.
The retail entitlement offer will be open between Friday October
30 and Tuesday November 17. Record date is 7pm on Wednesday October 28.
