    Local Centro mall (Kings Meadows, Tas) bought up half a dozen houses adjacent to the mall to extend the car park. That was just before the crash. Then they just bulldozed the houses and let cars park on the gravel.

    That is, until last week. The place is crawling with contractors and the car park is finally happening.

    Green shoots?
