It's not so much a management problem , although I do wonder what those guys are doing there for a number of reasons but a tech' problem . Has tpm run its race and failed ? Probably .
ave may need a new tech to survive , but that's more easily said than done . Best hope , a secret Santa but do you want to bet on that ?
