I'm inclined to agree with the last couple of posts. My guess is that there will be no scale-back and that BKW will take every cent they can get.
Interesting trading range today, from +2.5% to -1.5% so far. The SPP is currently sitting at 9.5% ($1,427) in the money assuming $15k application with no scale-back. I'd be pretty amazed if the SP goes under $12.40 when the new shares start trading.
