When I last checked:

encuentra24 had 3.87m over 6 months compared to just .762m page visits for all of the infocasas websites combined (.uy .pe .py .bo)

In terms of website performance, encuentra is much stronger than infocasas.

Although infocasas may for now, produce more revenue than encuentra24, if I had to bet which one will be generating the most revenue and profits in 3 - 5 years time, I'd put it on encuentra24 purely based on the performance of their website metrics - longer average visit duration, more pages per visit, low bounce rate.

In a previous comparison of website performance data I shared, encuentra24 actually had slightly better metrics than realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.

It seems like encuentra24 is doing well on website metrics - it just has not been monetised as well as it could be, which where Shaun obviously thinks FDV can help drive and stand to benefit with full ownership.

Based on that, I have no issue with the move to 100% ownership.
