Agree - this is my belief as well..

BUT, trying to be objective/ not emotional with this investment...if I was a director and got eyes stuck by the lights, now would be the time I'd shake it off and walk if I didn't believe the company was being run so well (and that the current SP is a correct reflection of it -- something I don't believe); basically if Directors sell it at close (bit more for some) to what they paid, it's still a good benefit; as they then just sit back and enjoy the standard pay packet while looking for the next job.

you can't argue it both ways -- the Directors have massive incentive purchase points with shares here (more then I have been comfortable with normally; but having the price this low I start to get more comfortable) - at SP this low it becomes a dis incentive to buy them (unless they really do believe in the companies medium term health at least).

it's a flag time for me (...red if they sell here)

Directors/insiders don't really care that much if retail shareholder portfolios look red -- Pffft might pretend to care, but they don't -- but when it comes to their own... yeah experience tells me this is a different story (apart from the truly passionate).

Downrampers will find it difficult to argue this logic -- gaurentee you if insiders/directors sell this low they will bash/flog this forum with the news (and say "told you so"; but they won't want you reversing the logic, they won't want to talk about it if they don't sell (if the directors don't sell in the next week or so --- look at that chart, it's really only about 1-2 weeks and they will bail almost guaranteed..if the company is bad

If they don't sell, in around a fortnight I double down. if they do, I adjust my holdings accordingly and accept the downrampers had a point.

not saying others should do this, just trying to share how I feel as I go along with this high risk/ultra reward stock.

I still believe in this company, and I like what I see -- but the nature of this company and the war they are fighting means managing the risk a bit different for me -- I have some flags in my strategy for this, this is one.

good luck all; I never thought I'd see the price this low, but yeah as a long term investor it can actually be a positive thing -- it gives a glimpse to how much the management team do really care and believe in the company -- and it can't be downramped..let's see
