Couldn't agree more @grubarura. I still think Peru has promise, however we need to start the New Year, with everything in place. We know its going to happen, sure, but we have @adamtaylortcd losing $100,000's for every pip we lose and many AA holders losing $10,000's of $$ for every pip we lose. I believe we need Dr JW as head Director, Kalenn and Rob as non executive directors. We need a team that strongly believes in Oz. Happy to keep drilling Peru, but enough is enough. We keep talking about it, but it is time for AA to put a motion forward to remove Ross. Dr JW loves this company and gives his heart and soul to it. He hears us and is happy to talk to us. But now its time to do our bit and change the fortunes for him and everyone else on this forum. I appreciate not everyone will agree and this isn't being derogatory toward Ross, just simply he is not listening to his shareholders and when that happens, its time for change. Enough talk, it needs to be put into action. Like many on here, I have all my kids and friends heavily invested in ICG. They too know the risks, this is about protecting all of our best interests and having ICG moving more positively in the right direction its called Oz.
