NOT be an impediment to obtaining the mining licence. So I will stick with the latest word from the Managing Director, Nigel Ferguson, where he states
'the mining licence will probably be finalised by Christmas.'
Even if this does not eventuate we know from his comments and stated in the company announcements that the mining licence is very close to be finalised because nearly all criteria have been met, and just waiting for the technical to move from positive feedback(documented) to favourable approval. Therefore anyone sitting on the sidelines now is crazy, and also those trying to be cute trading this stock because once the mining licence is official the share price, especially with instos with big funds scrambling to take a position, e.g Van Eck, could easily see the share price jump to a dollar.
