Mate I agree fully with your sentiments about debt. That has been my view for a long time.
I have though changed my view. This is because of inflation. There just just ONE policy initiative they have - interest rates. My view is that inflation is too high now at almost 7% and will likely get out of control. Forget 0.25%. We will likely see a higher figure at some point in that period.
