Agree with you Undaunted (BTW I dont understand why you got a warning from HC policy dudes) regardless the court hearing was over 13 weeks ago. A 5 day sitting lasted only 1.5 days. In regards to a VAN positive announcement they will need to wait until final orders are handed down in 8 days time by the judge, to do otherwise it may be viewed as a contempt of the process and prejudice their counter claim for final orders
