Another classic DXN fail. See if this promise of light at the end of the tunnel gets hit by the dimmer switch. Talk about clumsy! How about getting clearance from the FIRB before putting out your marvelous story to the market. No mention of the $1.25M being subject to FIRB approval in the announcement. Pathetic work by the BOD but no doubt their snouts will be in the incentive trough to soak up some of that freshly raised capital. Trust in future announcements just about zero.
