I don't think any of the two announcements were already priced in. It looks very unlikely (now) for LKE SP to hit $1 by end of 2021. I believe one of the reason for not seeing a significant movement in SP is pure timing. In Australia and US, brokers must be closing their books and getting ready for Christmas break...so hardly any institutional investors participating in trade now. We will have to wait till mid January '22 to see big players back and until such time it will be just retail investors and traders. Just my opinion.
