1. Experimental technology, unproven at any sort of scale.
2. No pilot plant results or data ever provided.
3. No ESG assessment data ever provided.
4. Clear slippage disclosed, and under the surface yet to be disclosed.
5. Country and sovereign risk.
6. Condition precedent permit approvals.
7. Investor disappointed at the outcome of MD’s trip overseas.
8. SP overpriced, overvalued and overhyped
9. SH fatigue with too many LKE sponsored marketing activity.
10. Too much talk, and not enough walk.
11. Remote, high altitude, arid location…with very little infrastructure.
12. No port-a-loo yet.
