You don't contrive a very low strike rate option with 5 yrs time decay without good self (co) serving reasons.
The drip fed cash burn should see those employed by esi's share holders in beer and skittles till then .
It's a survival strategy on many levels.
They need to tighten up the leaky boat big time..
This should be done by 'plugging' the main leak first up.
Should be a very exciting AGM !!
