Total outstanding short volume is 3,522,830, as of 10/12. Shorts have increased by 1.7m (i.e. almost doubled) since the Dubbo optimisation study was released. AFAICT it's pretty much SOP (for those who do that sort of stuff) to short a company that has indicated it will need to raise capital, so not particularly surprising to see the increase. Wonder what the shorts think about everything that has happened during President Moon's visit to Australia, given that they have essentially bet against ASM being able to finance Dubbo without issuing a lot of new shares.
