I think LTR will end up a lot richer than AVZ.
They are already, but this gap will grow. LTR shareholders own 100% KV. Ask a typical AVZ shareholder what percentage of Manono they hold and I doubt more than 10% could tell you. Owning 100% of something is a lot better than holding ????%.
This is the ownership structure. I doubt even management understand it.
