Ann: Update - Proposed issue of securities - ANP, page-94

Got a cold call out of the blue from a guy from some investor relations company on behalf of Antisense asking for feedback to give to management. I'm so used to getting calls from India asking if I have solar panels, etc. that I was so thrown that I was almost lost for words, about to hang up.. THe only thing I said was that I thought the raise should have been done in such a way as not to give the sophs a whole week to have the chance to sell down before it closed (and keeping their oppies), and that it all should have been done on the same day for everybody. He jotted it down and said he'd pass it on to management.

He didn't ask if I would be taking up the SPP, but I told him anyway that I had bought more on market and would not (I had a feeling he was going to ask me that question anyway if I had waited). Not sure what their criteria is for who they call (wild guess: higher # shares, more likely call) but maybe the fact I've been on the register for 20 years might be part of it as well.

He also asked if I would like to be on their mailing list for special offers (IPOs, etc.).

Of course, after I hung up, I thought of all the other things I might have "passed on to management". I'm sure if SAM gets a call he will give them an earful.

Anybody else get a call today from investor relations firm on behalf of ANP?
